Arlene Tibbe was a gal with a uniquely sparkly personality and was just a joy to be with.
She will be missed by many. We were lucky to have her and Art in our neighborhood for so many years. My condolences to all her family.

Your Mom meant a lot to Vicki and Colleen and it’s been a pleasure to refer to her as Aunt Arlene for the past 27 years......

We shared an April birthday , just a week apart. We also shared many happy memories of the Class of 1951. Tibbe & Weaver built our house on Ramshorn. Sending prayers of peace and comfort to the families. Know she will be missed.
