Aunt Gladys was always so good to me. I believe she was in the delivery room the day I was born! My condolences to the entire family. Even though we have lost contact over the years, I have many happy memories of time spent with the Kroll's.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Gladys. She was my great aunt, whom I have not seen since I was a child. My grandmother was Helen Kroll, I believe a sister of Howard.

We are especially saddened to hear of Aunt Gladys's passing since we are serving a mission in Independence, Missouri until November 2, 2017 and are unable to attend the funeral. We visited her in January of this year prior to leaving, hoping she would still be alive and well when we returned.
We visited Aunt Gladys and Uncle Howard in the fall of 1972 shortly after our marriage. They made me feel like family from the start and taught me many things. We visited frequently through the years and always enjoyed their sense of humor. The lyrics of the song playing while I'm typing are SO appropriate..."I once was blind but now I see..." for Aunt Gladys again has perfect vision to enjoy the next life with her husband, Uncle Howard.
