Janice May Rumsey passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 24, 2018.  She went to be with her heavenly father.  She was preceded in death by her parents Geraldine Dieters, Ferris Millis, 1st husband Joe Messner, identical twin sister Janet Phillips and half sister Marianne Millis.  Janice and her identical twin sister Janet were bonded through life but were separated 16 years ago with the passing of Janet.  On March 24th Janice and Janet were re-united and are now celebrating in the presence of their Lord.

Janice is survived by her husband of 52 years Jerry Rumsey, sisters Vicki, Nancy, Judy, Lois, Ferrisann, Darlene, Diane, Dawn, brothers Gary and Jeff.  She will dearly missed by her 4 daughters, Debra, Barbra, Sandra and Robin, sons-in-law Ted, Mike and Rick, grandchildren Joe, Courtney, Mindy, Dana, Kelli, Kimberly, Spencer and Alex, great grandchildren Justin, Benjamin, Quentin, Ethan, Autumn, Emily, Liam, Arianna, Isabella, Elijah, Natalie, Mason and many nieces, nephews and extended family.

After raising 4 daughters Janice went on to care for others working for Welcome Home for the Blind and then later working at Bible Doctrines to Live By.  A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home in Fremont, Michigan.  Her family will greet relatives and friends from 1-2 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan.
