I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family Sue. It's been a long time since I've seen your parents but I remember them well. They were always very nice to me. This is a very difficult time for you all so please remember that many people are praying for you and I wish for you God's comfort. I'm sure you know your Mom is in a better place... Blessings

Kay has been a good friend since we met in Kindergarten. Somehow, over the years we always seemed to see one another whenever I returned to Fremont. Whether it was a short hello while passing on Main Street or a visit at a class reunion, Kay was always there with a warm smile and welcoming comment. I am one of the countless number of folks whose life was just a little better from having known her. My sincerest condolences to her beautiful family and her multitude of friends.

My deepest sympathy. She's a beautiful soul. She brought many laughs and smiles no matter where she was. She is now at peace and with our father. I can only hope her loved ones left behind find peace in the loss of this amazing woman. Words can not help in a time like this . so to deb Emily Logan Kayla it's hard to be ok. But do not think of what you've lost but think of everything you still have. Your memories and the joy she's brought to all of us. Think if everything you gaind from her. She is now with you 24/7 and guarding you as an angle. Love you all

I wrote this poem when my Great Uncle Ron died of cancer and I hope it brings you comfort.
GOD SMILING AT ME
written by Denise Sorensen-VanGessel

I’ve found a place
where I can be free.
I’ve found a whole new beginning
just made for me.

I know only peace
and I never feel pain.
Days are full of sunshine
and never the rain.

I’m no longer old,
I’ve recovered my youth,
And all of my dreams
have become the truth.

I can smile. I can laugh.
I can walk. I can run.
I can hear every whisper.
I can see past the sun.

My body is whole
and my mind is clear.
I know all the answers
and I’m free of all fear.

I know why you mourn me,
I see how you weep.
Your heart’s full of aching
from a love that is deep.

And I’m grateful for loved ones
who hold me so dear,
But remember,
I’ve found a better place here.

I will be there beside you
always nearby,
So don’t mourn me too long,
nor forever cry.

And whenever your sorrow
bears down on your heart,
Think not of my ending,
but of my new start.

For on earth there’s no joy
that I’d ever see,
To compare to the joy
of God smiling at me.

My heart is aching for all who lost this beautiful lady. She was a wonderful friend, I will miss her so much. I loved to hear her laugh at my husband's stupid jokes., and all the long talks we had when she was doing my hair. Rest in peace Kay. I love you.

Hoping in some way you can find peace knowing she is no longer in pain and is up in Heaven watching over you. We will keep you all in our prayers in the days ahead.

Hugs and Prayers for peace at this time of loss of a wonderful warm friend of our family. She created many warm memories over the years and her friendship will be held dear forever in our families hearts. Sunday gatherings of family and food were always fond memories during our childhood. We will be forever blessed by the bond of two Army buddies who shared their wives and families over the years. Please know that your whole family is in our prayers at this time. May God grant you the peace that passes all understanding. And we rejoice that Kay is up in Heaven and I'm sure Dad is welcoming her! Love from Dolores DeKock and Joni & Mark Baragar Family
