Luella L. (Maynard) Tinkham

Mrs. Luella L. Tinkham, age 86 years of Fremont, passed away on Sunday afternoon, July 2, 2017 at her home.  She was born on December 25, 1930 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Reo & Grace (Gleason) Maynard.  Luella had been an active member of Fremont Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). and she had been employed by Gerber Products Company for 14 years.  On August 17, 1949 she married Donald D. Tinkham and he preceded her in death on April 16, 2008.  She is survived by 2 daughters:  Rhonda Tinkham, & Karen (Paul) Ellison; 3 grandchildren:  Trent Tinkham, Taylor Grace Ellison & Alex Ellison; 1 sister, Peggy Perigo; 1 brother, Elliott DeWitt; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law:  Al Tinkham, Ann Campbell, Mary Jane Rossman, Wanda (Bob) Kakockzi, Wilma Ball, Wayne Tinkham, Emery (Betsy) Tinkham, Norma Tinkham; and many nieces & nephews.  She was preceded in death by her step-father, Otto DeWitt; brothers & sisters & their spouses:  Darold Maynard, Bill & Carol Maynard, Donna Jean & Ron McLouth, Leola & Ike Hanes; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law:  Bob Perigo, Dan Tinkham, Bob Campbell, Marsha Tinkham, Nita Tinkham, Donna & Jay Hettmansperger, Olive "Ollie" & Bob Hettmansperger, Mernard "Mert" & Gladys Tinkham, & Harry TInkham.  The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Fremont Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) with Rev. David Dickinson officiating.  Visitation will also be at the church from 12-1 PM on Thursday.  Interment will be in East Hesperia Cemetery.  Suggested Memorial:  Heartland Hospice - Newaygo County.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
