Marilyn R. (Hole) Beerman

Mrs. Marilyn R. Beerman, age 71 years of Newaygo, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at her home.  She was born on February 19, 1946 in Newaygo, Michigan to Harvey Henry & Hazel Elizabeth (Thompson) Hole.  She had been employed by Muskegon County Department of Human Services for 21 years until her retirement, and she was a member of the Newaygo VFW Post #4249 Auxiliary & the Fremont Moose Lodge #1555.  Marilyn enjoyed golfing, bowling, playing pool, and doing genealogy.  She is survived by her children:  Michelle (Robert) Morgan of Allegan, Lisa (Mike Popp) Schornagel of Connecticut, Dee (Greg) Engberg of Holton, Kyle (Becky) Beerman of Montana, Kelsy (Stephanie) Beerman of Montana, Deb (Cliff) Hole of Newaygo, Denise (Jim) Lockery of Newaygo, Kevin (Brenda) Beerman of Newaygo, Kenny (Mary) Beerman, Karl (Dawn) Beerman of Newaygo, Kelly (Pam) Beerman of Newaygo; numerous grandchildren & several great grandchildren; and 2 brothers:  Richard (Lucille) Hole of Fremont, Cliff (Deb) Hole of Newaygo.  Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; by 2 brothers, Vernon "Pete" Hole & Jim Hole; and by her life partner, Ron Daniel.  According to her wishes cremation has taken place, and a short service will be held at the Newaygo VFW Post #4249 beginning at 11:00 AM on Sunday, January 21, 2018 with a luncheon & time to visit with the family to follow until 2 PM on Sunday.  Suggested Memorial:  Great Lakes Caring Hospice.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
