Mark A. Jamison

Mr. Mark A. Jamison, 51, of Fremont and formerly of Croswell, Michigan, passed away at his home on Sunday afternoon, December 18, 2016 after he courageously fought a long illness.  He was born on May 26, 1965 in Mitchell, South Dakota to Gary & Lillian (Mayer) Jamison.  Mark was a US Navy Veteran, and he had been a member of First Presbyterian Church of Yale, Michigan where his father had served as a Pastor.  He was a third generation Eagle Scout, and he love the outdoors and camping.  Mark's sense of adventure and his love to see new places gave his family the opportunity to live in many places of the country during his lifetime.  On October 15, 1994 he married Kelly J. Thoman and she survives him along with 3 children:  Brett (Lindsey) Jamison of Bakersfield, CA., Nicole & Scott Jamison both of Fremont; his mother, Dr. Lillian Jamison of Fort Gratiot, MI.; his twin brother, Robert (Jodi) Jamison of Fort Gratiot, MI.; and his brother, Tracy Jamison of Hale, MI.; his father-in-law & mother-in-law, Jerry & Marilyn Thoman of North Fort Myers, FL.; sister-in-law, Kimberly (Leon) Veilleux of Lehigh, FL.; and several nieces & nephews.  Mark was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Rev. Gary Jamison; by his sister & her husband, Susan & Charles Parker; and by 2 sisters-in-law, Terri & Michelle Jamison.  There will be a time of visiting with the family at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home from 12-2 PM on Tuesday, December 20, 2016.  A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Yale, Michigan.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
