Mr. Mark Wayne Walker, age 69 years of Kent City, passed away on January 26, 2018 at his home. He was born on April 22, 1948 in Muskegon, Michigan to James & Pearl (Smith) Walker. Mark was a US Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War, he had worked at Toledo Scales & did carpentry work, and he was a bee keeper. He is survived by 1 son, Eric (Lisa) Walker of Norfolk, Virginia; 2 granddaughters, Marissa & Taylor; brothers & sisters: Frank (Nancy) Walker of Cotati, California, Robert Walker of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, Helen (Joe) Cipolla of Hesperia, Carol (Doug) Jarvis of Montague, David (Judith) Walker of Traverse City, Steve (Theresa) Walker of Fremont, Richard (Devvy) Walker of Greenville, South Carolina, Dennis (Diane) Walker of Fremont; sisters-in-law: Linda, Jackie, & Sinh Walker; and many nieces & nephews. Mark was preceded in death by his parents; by his brothers: James, Charles, Norman, & Gerald Walker; and by his sisters-in-law: Shelby & Mickey Walker. There will be no visitation or service.
