Mark A. Warnement

Mr. Mark A. Warnement, age 62 years of Fremont, passed away late Tuesday evening, October 11, 2016 at Spectrum Health Meijer Heart Center in Grand Rapids surrounded by his family.  He was born on June 1, 1954 in Lima, Ohio to Albert & Margaret (Sybert) Warnement.  Mark graduated from Kalida High School in Kalida, Ohio in 1972, and he currently worked for Allied-Barton Security for Gerber Nestle in Fremont.  He was an over the road trucker, and he owned & operated as well as worked for several trucking companies.  Mark was known for his Ohio style chicken, and he was an avid fisherman & hunter.  On January 1, 2000 he married Gail D. McCann Westbrook and she survives him along with 1 daughter, Ashley (Jeremy) Luchies of Fremont; 4 grandchildren:  Joel, Evan, Ella, & Blayke; his mother, Margaret Wilson of Flower Mound, Texas; 1 brother, Carl Warnement of Kalida, Ohio; 2 sisters:  Patti (David) Daleiden of Palm Springs, California, Ruth Ann (Woody) Key of Flower Mound, Texas; 2 brothers-in-law:  Guy (Dawn) McCann of Holland, MI., Jon (Alo) McCann of Grand Rapids; several nieces & nephews, aunts, uncles, & cousins.  Mark was preceded in death by his father, Albert Warnement; by a nephew, James Jordan; and by his father-in-law & mother-in-law, George & Harriet McCann.  Visitation will be at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home from 2-5 PM on Sunday, October 16, 2016, and there will be no funeral service.  Suggested Memorial:  Russell H.
