Thomas Rudolph Fox

Thomas Rudolph Fox, 70, of Newaygo, MI. passed away May 18, 2016.  Thomas was born on March 26, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois to Rudolph and Gertrude Fox.  In 1980 he married Susan Auserehl Craver who preceded him in death in 1999.  They enjoyed 19 years of marriage and had five children.  He remarried in 2000 to Annemarie Mansfield, who also preceded him in death in 2014.  He started Magicland Farms in 1984 and spent the rest of his life tilling the soil, providing for his family, and leaving his livelihood in God's hands.  Thomas was a member of Saint Bartholomew Catholic Church in Newaygo.  He was an avid weather watcher, fisherman, and writer of many magazine articles and books.  He is survived by his sons:  Daniel, Jeremy, Mark, and Matthew; his daughters:  Bernadette, Rebekah, Catherine, and Kelly.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 23, 2016 at Saint Bartholomew Catholic Church in Newaygo ( 599 W. Brooks Street) with Fr. Pete Schafer as Celebrant.  Visitation will also be at the church from 10-11 AM on Monday.  Interment will be made at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in White Cloud.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
