William "Bill" Deephouse

Mr. William "Bill" Deephouse, age 81 years of Hesperia, passed away on Saturday afternoon, May 7, 2016 at his home.  He was born on January 23, 1935 in Muskegon, Michigan to Garritt & Virginia (Holcomb) Deephouse.  Bill had been a self employed businessman.  He married the former Betty Lewis and she survives him along with 5 children:  Gloria (Michael) Olovson of Fruitport, Roger (Lorna) Deephouse of Kent City, Susan (Donnie) Plotts of White Cloud, Sandy (Buck McGahan) Schmidt of Hesperia, Jody (Ralph Wilson) Griffes of White Cloud; 9 grandchildren; his mother, Virginia Deephouse of Muskegon; and 2 brothers:  Jim (Chieco) Deephouse of Fruitport, Ken (Ruth) Deephouse of Norton Shores.  Bill was preceded in death by his father, Garritt Deephouse.  According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service.  Interment will be in West Hesperia Cemetery.  Suggested Memorial:  Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial Cancer Care & Specialists Clinic.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
