Beverly J. (Scholtens) Glass

Mrs. Beverly J. (Scholtens) Glass, age 88 of Fremont & formerly of Grand Rapids, went peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday evening, October 23, 2018.  She was born on December 22, 1929 in Pontiac, Michigan.  Bev was a retired Registered Nurse, she loved caring for people, and she was a member of First Reformed Church in Fremont.  She was preceded in death by her husbands:  John Scholtens, George Yourgevidge, & Ron Glass; by her parents, Roy & Edith (North) Bailey; and by her sister, Arlene Roland.  Bev will be lovingly remembered by her children:  Pat (David) Eikenhout, John Scholtens, Judy (Max) Lambert, Lori (Scott) Morgan; step-children:  Jack (Jill) Glass, Janice (Roger) VanderMolen, Judy (Doug) Truer, Joyce (Dan) Mocilan; many grandchildren & great grandchildren; and by 2 sisters, Averill Kitchen & Laura (Steve) Shafer.  The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at First Reformed Church in Fremont with Chaplain Dewey Thompson officiating.  Visitation will also be at the church from 6-8 PM on Friday, and from 10-11 AM on Saturday.  Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery near Grant.  Suggested Memorials:  The Alzheimer's Association, or Cran-Hill Ranch.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangement are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
