Carol Ann (Hermann) Jewett

Mrs. Carol Ann Jewett, age 82 of Fremont, went to Glory by faith in Jesus Christ on Tuesday morning, May 28, 2019. She was born on April 25, 1937 in Muskegon, Michigan to Elmer & Dena (DeMarr) Hermann.  Carol had been employed by the Newaygo Medical Care Facility, Continu-Care, & Hospice of Michigan. She had attended Croton Community Church, Beacon Light in Muskegon, & Bitely Community Church.  Carol loved being a mother, grandmother, & great grandmother.  She also enjoyed gardening & sewing.  On January 4, 1958 she married Tommy Ray Jewett and he preceded her in death on January 12, 2015.  She was also preceded in death by her son, Michael Jewett on September 1, 2011.  Carol is survived by 4 children:  Julie (Don) Allers, T. Scott (Christine) Jewett, Kevin Jewett, Winn (Cindy) Jewett; daughter-in-law, Sandy Jewett; 16 grandchildren:  Dena, Kaely, Greg, Kindra, Kyle, Kolten, Andrea, Jordyn, Tommy, Carrie, Curtis, Carri, Cassie, Laura, Melissa, & Danielle; 25 great grandchildren & 2 great-great grandchildren; 1 sister, Janet Snyder; and 4 sisters-in-law:  Ruth Moseler, Lola Middlecamp, Laura (Don) Posthumus, & Sally Jewett.  A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Croton Community Church (5750 Wealthy Street) with Pastors Matt Ritchey & Ken Lyon officiating.  There will be a luncheon at church immediately following the service.  There will also be a time of visiting with the family at the church from 10-11 AM on Saturday.  Suggested Memorials:  Light of Hope Orphanage - India (Scepter Outreach), Bible Doctrines To Live By, Inc., or Things To Come Mission.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
