Jack Edward Sunderlin

Mr. Jack Edward Sunderlin, age 77 years of Newaygo, passed away on Saturday afternoon, October 13, 2018 at his home.  He was born on October 30, 1940 in Lansing, Michigan to Ray E. & Gladys Ilah (Deland) Sunderlin.  Jack had been a member of Resonate Church in Newaygo, he was retired from Gerber Products Company, and he enjoyed hunting & fishing.  On June 10, 1966 he married Janice Akershoek and she survives him along with 1 son, Jeff (Laura) Sunderlin of McKinney, Texas; 1 daughter, Joyce (Norm) Kuberski  of Howard City; 2 grandchildren, Preston & Kaleigh Sunderlin; and several nieces & nephews.  Jack was preceded in death by his parents; by his sisters, Florence Woodward & Jean Quarmby; and by his brothers:  Alton, Dwane, & Earl Sunderlin.  According to his wishes cremation has taken place, and there will be a time of visiting with the family from 6-8 PM on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home.  A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Garfield Township Cemetery with Pastor Wes Smith officiating.  Suggested Memorial:  Spectrum Health Hospice.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
