Janiece M. (Essebaggers) Deur

Mrs. Janiece M. (Essebaggers) Deur, age 81 years of Fremont, went to be with her Lord & Savior on Thursday morning, August 17, 2017.  She was born on June 3, 1936 in Fremont, Michigan to Edward & Geneva (Zagers) Essebaggers.  Janiece was a member of Second Christian Reformed Church in Fremont where she had been involved in a variety of church groups, and she had been a member of the Helping Hands Group at Fremont Christian School for many years.  She loved to do crafts, as well as being involved in the life of her children & grandchildren.  On May 11, 1956 she married Leroy W. Deur and he preceded her in death on October 22, 2012.  She was also preceded in death by her infant daughter, Tricia Lynn Deur.  Janiece is survived by 3 children:  Mary Beth (Rick) Stephens of Fremont, Pam (Mike) Mlnarik of Conklin, Scott (Janet) Deur of Grand Haven; 12 grandchildren:  Jennifer (Michael) Ament, Kirk Stephens, Peter (Elisa) Mlnarik, Daniel (Danielle) Mlnarik, Rebecca (Jacob) Meinema, Jessica (Brian) Lankamp, Elizabeth (Chad) Brackett, Nathan (Shyle) Lyons, Landri Deur, Kayleigh (James) Gagnon, Miranda (Brandon) Treat, & Samara Deur; 11 great grandchildren; 2 brothers:  Keith Essebaggers of Fremont, Tim Essebaggers of Hersey, MI.; sister-in-law, Suzie (John) Delaney of Fremont; brother-in-law, Max Jordan of Fremont; and by many nieces & nephews.  A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 21, 2017 at Second Christian Reformed Church in Fremont (600 Apache Drive) with Pastor Bob Broekema officiating.  There will be a time of visiting with the family from 2-4 PM on Sunday at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Fremont.  Suggested Memorials:  SIDS, or Fountain View Retirement Village of Fremont.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
