John Pearson

Mr. John Pearson, age 58 years of Holton, passed away late Tuesday evening, June 26, 2018 at his home.  He was born on November 22, 1959 in Fremont, Michigan to Gilbert H. & Sharon R. (Hoenshell) Pearson.  John graduated from Fremont High School in 1978.  He had worked in the Gerber Products Company Printing Department, at the Hi-Lites, and for Dura Automotive.  John enjoyed archery, hunting, camping, golfing, bowling, photography, the Detroit Tigers, and he was an avid bird watcher.  He was always in search of the perfect coins & baseball cards.  On October 4, 1980 he married Debbie Guss and she survives him along with 2 daughters, Tanya Pearson & Monica Pearson; 2 grandchildren, Monroe & Jaydn; his parents, Gilbert & Sharon Pearson; 1 sister, Debby (John) Reinhold; 1 brother, Mitch Pearson; 1 brother-in-law, Randy (Kelly) Guss, 1 sister-in-law, Karen (Ed) Gartland; 6 nieces & nephews:  Aimie, AJ, & Aaron Reinhold, Kory, Taylor, & Austin Guss.  The family would like to give a special thank you to his cousin, Stephanie Gustman.  According to John's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a time of visiting with the family at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home from 4-7 PM on Friday, June 29, 2018.  John had also asked that everyone dress casual and wear their favorite Detroit Tiger or MSU clothing.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home to help the family with expenses.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis funeral home, Inc. of Fremont.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
