Norma Jean (Smith) Church

Mrs. Norma Jean Church, age 92 of Holton, passed away on Friday evening, June 28, 2019 at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in Fremont.  She was born on February 23, 1927 in Garfield Township, Michigan to Suel Leo & Ruth Edna (Anderson) Smith.  On March 10, 1945 she married William E. "Bill" Church and he preceded her in death on September 2, 1986.  She was also preceded in death by her daughter Nancy Buitendorp, and by her brother Richard J. Smith.  She is survived by 2 sons:  William E. "Bill" (Nina) Church, Jr., George V. (Chris Campbell) Church; 5 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren.  The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home with her nephew, Pastor Scott Church, officiating.  Visitation will also be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10-11 AM.  Interment will be in Clark Cemetery, followed by a luncheon at the Holton American Legion Post.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
