Ralph E Fix

Mr. Ralph E. Fix, age 78 years of Fremont, passed away on Monday evening, August 20, 2018 at his home.  He was born on June 6, 1940 in Wyandotte, Michigan to Donald & Rowena (Barton) Fix.  Ralph had been employed  by General Motors for 26 years until his retirement.  He was a member of All Saints Catholic Church in Fremont, and he was a life member of the Knights of Columbus where he was a 4th Degree Knight.  Ralph is survived by his wife of 35 years, Catherine; 4 children:  Ralph (Kathleen) Fix, Jr., Beverly (John) Swider, Sandra (Kenneth) Birrell, Trina (Gordon) Sherman; 1 step-daughter, Beth (Mike) Wojtalik; 16 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren; 3 sisters & his twin brother:  MaryAnn Fix, Donna May (Gerald) Kruso, Roland (Darlene) Fix, Josetta (Paul) Brecht; and by many nieces & nephews.  Ralph was preceded  in death by his brothers, Robert & David Fix; by his sister, Kathleen Green; and by his former wife, Sharlyn Fix.  The Con-Celebrated Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 27, 2018 at All Saints Catholic Church in Fremont with Fr. Peter Omogo & Fr. Pete Schafer as co-celebrants.  Visitation will also be at the church from 3-6 PM on Sunday, where the Rosary will be prayed at 5 PM.  Interment will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Fremont.  Suggested Memorial:  Knights of Columbus Council 3111.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
