To the Diekema family,
We are deeply saddened with the loss of Rich. He was a lot more to us than an employee, he was our close friend, like part of the family. Sometimes his life was difficult but he always had a smile and a positive attitude. May Godspeed Rich.

Dick, Sandy and family:
Its just not the natural scheme of things for kids to go before parents, no matter the circumstance. What helped Sharie and I was John 14:27. But it is there for all.
