Rosetta M. Durham

Mrs. Rosetta M. Durham, age 87 years of New Era, passed away on Wednesday morning, November 23, 2016 at Transitional Health Services of Fremont.  She was born on August 4, 1929 in Kalkaska, Michigan to Clarence & Mary (Hemminger) Prentice.  Rosetta loved music, and she loved her dog Sophie.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, Willis H. Trowbridge & Don Durham; by her brother, William "Billy" Fitzgerald; by her sister, Evelyn "June" Prentice; by her parents; and by her step-father, Frank Fitzgerald.  She is survived by her son, Willis (friend Mary Balcom) Trowbridge; 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, & 3 great great grandchildren; sisters & brothers:  Betty Morse, Frank "Sonny" (Donna) Fitzgerald, Dorothy "Cookie" Love, Robert (Melody) Fitzgerald, Mary Ellen (Ed) Waltz, Jean Fitzgerald, Mike (Nancy) Fitzgerald.  A Graveside Service will be held in the Spring of 2017 at Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens in Traverse City, Michigan.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
