Wilda "Jean" (Mumper) Frederick

Mrs. Wilda "Jean" Frederick, age 86 years of Newaygo, passed away on Wednesday evening, December 21, 2016 at Transitional Health Services of Fremont.  She was born on September 30, 1930 in White Cloud, Michigan to William & Frances (Ritter) Mumper.  She had been employed by K-Mart for 23 years until her retirement, and she loved gardening.  On December 18, 1948 she married Eldon George Frederick and he survives her along with 7 children:  Richard (Sharon) Frederick, Charlotte Linderman, Darlene Frederick, Steven (Sue) Frederick, William "Jim" (Theresa) Frederick, Mark (Amy) Frederick, Dwayne (Fiancee Tanja) Frederick; 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, & 1 great great granddaughter; 1 brother, Jerry Mumper; and 3 sisters-in-law:  Lila Mumper, Marian & Bonnie Frederick.  She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Frederick in 1979; by her grandson, Chance Frederick; by 3 brothers:  Chuck, Nate, & Ralph Mumper; and by 3 sisters:  Anna Mae, Fern, & Marge.  According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a time of visiting with the family from 2-4 PM on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home.  Interment will be in Croton Township Cemetery.  Suggested Memorial:  The Alzheimer's Association.  You can sign the online guestbook at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
