Yvonne "Vonnie" E. (Paquette) Raugh

Mrs. Yvonne E. "Vonnie" Raugh, age 79 years of North Muskegon & formerly of Fremont, went to be with her Lord & Savior suddenly on Tuesday morning, May 30, 2017.  She was born on December 18, 1937 in Boyne City, Michigan to George Lewis "Mike" & Louise Mary (Arsnault) Paquette.  Vonnie was employed by the Lord since the early 1960's, and been a teacher & director of CEF (Child Evangelism Fellowship). She was an active member of Wolf Lake Baptist Church,  and had been involved in various church ministries including the Wolf Lake Baptist Church Ladies Mission.  Vonnie is survived by 4 children:  Vicki Raugh of Sweetwater, Texas, Susan (Jeff) Hekkema of North Muskegon, Donna (Randy) Maat of Fremont, Michael (Brenda) Raugh of Twin Lake; 9 grandchildren & 17 great grandchildren; and 1 sister, Janet Boring of Traverse City.  She was preceded in death by her son Eugene Raugh, and by her brother Mike Paquette.  A celebration of Vonnie's life will take place at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 5, 2017 at Wolf Lake Baptist Church (1070 S. Wolf Lake Road) with Pastors Burt Wachter, Josh Dear, & Dan Smith officiating.  There will be a time of visiting with the family at the church from 10-11 AM on Monday.  Interment will be at Oakgrove Cemetery in Montague.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the Wolf Lake Baptist Church Ladies Mission, or to CEF (Child Evangelism Fellowship).  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
