Andrew "Pete" Rasmussen III

Andrew “Pete” Rasmussen III, age 77 of Holton, went to be with his Lord & Savior on Saturday, May 29, 2021.  He was born on June 6, 1943 in Muskegon, Michigan to Andrew Peter & Eva (Leach) Rasmussen, Jr.  Pete was a US Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam Era, he had worked for the County of Muskegon, and he was a member of Holton United Methodist Church.  He was preceded in death by twin babies Scott Andrew & Sally Ann Rasmussen, by his son Greg Rasmussen, and by his sister Alice Wyant.  He is survived by his wife Sarah (Wyant) Rasmussen, who he married on May 5, 1973; son, Dave Rasmussen; daughter-in-law, Amy (Jason) Frens; 6 grandchildren & 1 great-granddaughter:  Chase & Chelsey Rasmussen, Ethan Frens, Emily (Jared) Smith & their daughter Lindsey, Gavin & Leah Frens; 3 sisters:  Marie (Orville) Hawk, Lynette Scheel, Doris (Tom) Teall; several brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law; and by many nieces & nephews.  The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 7, 2021 at Holton United Methodist Church.  A luncheon & time to visit with the family will immediately follow the service at church.  Interment will be at Oakwood-Holton Cemetery.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
