Anne "Margie" Margaret (Olsen) Thompson

Anne "Margie" Margaret Thompson, age 93 of Hesperia, passed away on Monday morning, June 3, 2024 at the Newaygo County Compassion Home in Fremont.  She was born on November 19, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois to Arthur Christian & Anne Margaret (Jessen) Olsen.  Margie married Raymond Charles Thompson on June 11, 1948 and he preceded her in death on October 17, 2016.  She was also preceded in death by her sons, Dean Thompson in 2018, Barry Thompson in 2015; and by several brothers & sisters.  Margie is survived by 2 daughters:  Anne "Angie" Tanis and Nancy Dodson; 4 grandchildren:  Ron Tanis, Shane Tanis, Ashley Acuna, Amber Acuna; and by 1 great-granddaughter, Haley Tanis.  There will be no visitation or service.  Suggested Memorial:  Multiple Sclerosis Society.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
