Colleen Charlotte (Lovell) Stroven

Colleen Charlotte (Lovell) Stroven, age 80 of White Cloud, went home to her Lord and Savior on Monday afternoon, July 19, 2021.  Colleen was born on July 21, 1940 in White Cloud, Michigan to Lyle and Martha (Timmreck) Lovell.  She married Jerry Stroven on September 6, 1958 and they were married for 58 years until he preceded her in death on September 8, 2016.  Colleen was also preceded in death by her parents, Lyle and Martha Lovell; and by her brothers:  Clayton, Stanley, and Allen Lovell.  She was a life member of Christ Lutheran Church in White Cloud.  Colleen took great pride in raising her family and cherished her time spent with them.  She is survived by her children:  Brian (Brenda) Stroven of Twin Lake, Bruce (Dillip) Stroven of Chicago, Christopher (Jen) Stroven of Kalamazoo; grandchildren:  Brandon, Brishia, Mia, and Indira; great-grandchildren:  Grace, Adalyn, Bennett, Kenley, and Brynlee; sister-in-law, Connie Lovell; and by many nieces and nephews.  The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Christ Lutheran Church in White Cloud with Rev. Terry Hoese officiating.  Visitation will also be at the church from 10-11 AM on Tuesday.  Interment will be in White Cloud Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the Newaygo County Compassion Home.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
