Dallas Wayne Horter

Dallas Wayne Horter, age 50 of Grant, passed away unexpectedly at home on November 6, 2022.  He was born on March 26, 1972 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to James & Joyce (Shippy) Horter.  Dallas is survived by his mother and step-father, Joyce Wood & Norman Randall of Grant; 2 brothers:  James (Marie) Horter of Mexico, Jason (Jessica) Horter of Kent City; several nieces & nephews; aunts & uncle:  Martha (Horter) & Nick Schlegelmilch, Cathy Horter, Hattie Horter; several cousins; his former wife Marie Horter Welniak of Virginia & her 3 children & several grandchildren of Grand Rapids; and by his very special friend Kim Flowers Corey and her children of Muskegon.  He was preceded in death by his father, and by several aunts & uncles.  A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at First Baptist Church of Fremont with Dr. Steve Witter officiating.  A luncheon & time to visit with the family will immediately follow the service at church.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
