David W. Roossinck, age 87 of Fremont, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday evening, August 15, 2021. He was born on May 9, 1934 in Fremont, Michigan to William & Adeline (Brandt) Roossinck. David grew up on Shady Lawn Farm in Reeman, and he graduated from Western Michigan University. He had been employed at Shaw Walker and Roossinck Fruit Storage, and he worshipped at the Meeting Room in Fremont. David liked to collect stamps, make latch-a-hook rugs, and watch sports on television, especially Detroit Tigers baseball. On April 14, 1962 he married Ruth Anne Millard and she survives him along with 2 children: Dan Roossinck of Fremont, Sharon (fiancé Randy Wheeler) Burnside of Grand Haven; 6 grandchildren & 1 great granddaughter; 2 sisters: Esther Rice of California, Pearl Paulsen of Oregon; 1 niece & 1 nephew; brothers-in-law & sister-in-law: Bill (Audrey) Millard, Jean (Charlie) Nash, & Jim (Angie) Millard all of Toronto, Canada. David was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Brian Burnside. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home with John Roossinck officiating. Visitation will also be on Thursday from 10-11 AM.
