David VanOver Obituary

Mr. David G. VanOver, age 76 of Bridgeton Township, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at his home.  He was born on September 18, 1943 in Eubank, Kentucky to Rosco & Elsie (Pumphrey) VanOver. Dave was a US Navy Veteran of the Vietnam Era.  He retired from Witte Plumbing & Heating in 2005, and he enjoyed farming, fishing, and hunting.  On May 10, 2006 he married Marcia Annis and she survives him along with 3 children:  David G. (Sara) VanOver II, Shaune Hamilton, Melinda (Robert) Good; 13 grandchildren & 14 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Gilbert (Jeannie) VanOver; sister-in-law, Patty VanOver; brother-in-law, Chad (Terrie) Annis; mother-in-law, Ruth Annis; and many nieces & nephews.  Dave was preceded in death by his parents, and by several brothers & sisters.  A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Bridgeton Township Cemetery with Pastor Tom Force, Sr. officiating.  Please bring your lawn chair, umbrella (for rain or shine), and masks are optional.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to Spectrum Health Hospice.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
