Diana Louise (Pike) Weeks

Diana Louise Weeks, age 68 of Fremont, went to be with her Lord & Savior on Sunday morning, October 10, 2021 after battling Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease.  She was born on October 1, 1953 in Bay City, Michigan to Miles Frank & Irene Elizabeth (Wilson) Pike.  On July 28, 1973 she married Gail Weeks and she loved life with him for over 48 years of marriage. Diana worked for Michigan State University, then the City of LaMirada in California before moving back to Michigan where Diana and Gail developed and operated Mid-West Psychology for the last 25 years.  She had a passion for helping others.  Her smile was contagious and she loved to laugh.  She lived selflessly and always supported the people she loved.  Diana valued the importance of higher education supporting her husband and daughters through several college degrees.  Her hobbies included baking, coloring, cabin trips, morel mushroom hunting, movie marathons, lunch and coffee dates, and spending time with her grandchildren.  Her faith and trust in God was apparent in everything she did.  Gail survives her along with 2 daughters:  Stacy (Max) Weeks, Jodi (Nic) Dezinski; 3 grandchildren:  Norah, Ethan, & Sebastian; 1 brother, Ron (Sharon) Pike and 2 sisters:  Cheri (Doug) Halverson and Andrea Schymanski.  She is survived by her sister-in-law Jean (Roger) Steinka, brother-in-law Dan (Dee) Weeks, brother-in-law Michael Weeks, sister-in-law Bonnie (Rob) Short and brother-in-law John Weeks.  Diana was preceded in death by her parents; by her brother-in-law, Bill Schymanski; by her sister-in-law Shawn (John) Weeks and by her father-in-law & mother-in-law, Harold Alvin and Marjorie Grace Weeks.  A Celebration of Diana's Life will take place on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Pioneer County Park Picnic Lodge (1563 N.
