Donna Marie (Johnson) Munson

Donna Marie Munson, age 84 of Fremont, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Corewell Health Gerber Memorial in Fremont.  She was born on January 23, 1939 in Fremont, Michigan to John & Burnetta (Meeuwenberg) Johnson.  Donna enjoyed cooking, baking, and watching game shows on television.  On March 8, 1957 she married James Munson and he survives her along with 3 children:  Cynthia (Richard) Harper of Spring Lake, Debra (Dave) Witteveen of Fremont, Rick (Mary) Munson of Houghton Lake, MI.; 5 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Dolores Johnson of Fremont; and by several nieces & nephews.  Donna was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Johnson; and by her sisters:  Evelyn Dragt, Doris Rottman, & Betty Jiminez.  According to her wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be a luncheon & time to visit with the family from 12-2 PM on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the Reeman Christian Reformed Church Fellowship Hall.  Suggested Memorial:  Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
