Doug Knight

Doug Knight, age 62 of Holton, passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, November 20, 2021 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital surrounded by his children.  He is survived by his children:  Shauna (Jon) Lowery, Doug Knight, Amanda (Brandon) Lindsay; his mother, Margaret “Peg” Knight; sisters & brother:  Wanda (Mark) McCastle, Don (Kathy) Knight, Mary (Kevin) Moore; grandchildren:  Cole & Chase Lowery, Kaden Knight, James & Kennedy Lindsay.  Doug was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Knight; brother, Mark Knight; along with his grandparents:  Denzil & Alice Knight, Max & Margaret Monette.  He had several passions in his life, such as spending time with his children & grandchildren, family, golf, and going for rides.  He was always on a road trip.  The family is requesting that donations be made to Spectrum Health Hospice.  Visitation will be from 5-8 PM on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, and per Doug’s request there will be no funeral service.  Interment will be at St Michael Catholic Cemetery in Brunswick.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
