Elvira "Ellie" M. (Wiggers) Dezinski

Mrs. Elvira “Ellie” M. Dezinski, age 91 of Fremont, went to be with her Lord & Savior in Heaven on Tuesday afternoon, May 4, 2021.  She was born on March 17, 1930 in Muskegon, Michigan to John Harold & Olga Elvira (Thornberg) Wiggers.  Ellie was a member of Sitka United Methodist Church.  She had owned & operated Half-Hitch Stables in Fremont, she had been a real estate agent in Fremont, and she was a singer and song writer of country gospel music.  On June 29, 1957 she married Edward “Ed” F. Dezinski, and he preceded her in death on October 28, 2015.  Ellie was also preceded in death by her sisters, Marva Blais & Thelma Wiggers; and by her brother, John Wiggers, Jr.  She is survived by 1 son, Mark (Jane) Dezinski; 3 daughters:  Julie Smith, Lisa Dezinski, Laurie (Randy) Heiss; 6 grandchildren:  Nic (Jodi) Dezinski, Holly Dezinski, Jenna (John Paul) Rysavy, Cory Heiss, Alex Smith, & Emil Smith; 2 great grandchildren, Norah Mae Dezinski & Ethan Nicholas Dezinski; 1 sister, Connie Wyant; and sister-in-law, Carol Wiggers.  A private family service will be held, and there will be no visitation.  Suggested Memorial:  Sitka United Methodist Church.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
