Floyd Allen Walker

Floyd Allen Walker, age 72 of Fremont, passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at his home.  He was born on November 28, 1948 in Muskegon, Michigan to Robert & Esther (Eisenach) Walker.  Floyd had been employed by Kroger in both Fremont and Muskegon, and he was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Fremont.  He had been a member of Poor Boys Pride Band, and he wrote songs for Our Rock Band.  On June 19, 2005 he married Pat McGinnis and she survives him along with 2 daughters:  Missy Goforth of North Muskegon, Carla (Ryan) Murdzia of Norton Shores; 5 grandchildren; 3 brothers:  James, Larry, & Steve Walker all of Fremont; and by his aunt & uncle, Geri & Ben Maynard of Mason, MI.  Floyd was preceded in death by his parents.  The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Faith Baptist Church in Fremont with Pastor Bryan Tanis officiating.  Visitation will also be at the church from 10-11 AM on Saturday.  Interment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Fremont.  Suggested Memorial:  Faith Baptist Church.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
