Harry "Butch" Maston Hook, III, age 73 of White Cloud, passed away late Tuesday evening, November 26, 2024 at his home. He was born on December 14, 1950 in Charleston, West Virginia to Harry & Mary (Light) Hook, Jr. Butch was a United States Air Force Disabled American Veteran of the Vietnam Era. He had served in law enforcement, and he was a member of New Life Assembly of God in White Cloud. Butch enjoyed hunting, fishing, and tinkering. He is survived by his wife, Margaret (Black) Hook; 6 children: Ashlee (Justin McLaughlin) Hook, Brandy Green, Christine (Eric) Gazda, Jon Rohrbaugh, Lisa (Joe) Wells, Michele (Marty) Follmar; 13 grandchildren that called him Poppy: Tyler & Logan, Caden, Garett & Alison, Grayson & Dylan, Aric, Jared, Daniel, & Samantha, Katlyn & Stephanie; and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Celebration of Life will be held from 11-2 PM on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at New Life Assembly of God in White Cloud. Military Honors will be provided by the United States Air Force and Croton American Legion Post #381 at Marshall Memorial Park in Newaygo at 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 4, 2025.
