Harvey “Bing” Wayne Henley, age 92 of Fremont, passed away peacefully late Monday evening, September 8, 2025 at Corewell Health Gerber Hospital in Fremont. He was born on September 28, 1932 in Muskegon, Michigan to Richard & Rose (Gregg) Henley. Bing served in the United States Army during the Korean War, and he was a member of First Baptist Church in Fremont. He had been employed by Gerber Products Company as a computer programmer for over 25 years until his retirement in 1995. Bing enjoyed golfing, woodworking and spending time in his workshop and yard, and also spending time with his family. On October 2, 1976 he married Judie L. (Noble) Webster and she preceded him in death on October 24, 2004. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Richard & George, and by his sisters Connie & Arlene. Bing is survived by 4 children: Mark (Lisa) Henley, Michelle Henley, Craig (Vera) Webster, Julie (Dave) Gardenour; 15 grandchildren & many great grandchildren. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 15, 2025 at First Baptist Church in Fremont with Dr. Steve Witter officiating. Interment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Fremont. Visitation will also be at the church from 10-11 AM on Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the First Baptist Church in Fremont Awana Program.
