James M. Sneller, age 80 of Fremont, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday afternoon, September 28, 2022. He was born on March 23, 1942 in Fremont, Michigan to Henry & Mary (Derks) Sneller. Jim had been a dairy farmer, and later was a relief milker. He had also been employed by Quality Stores in North Muskegon & Fremont, Tractor Supply Company in Fremont, and Family Farm & Home in Newaygo. He had been an active member of Dayton Center Wesleyan Church, and he had also attended Holton United Methodist Church. Jim had also been involved with the Newaygo County 4-H Fair. On June 29, 1968 he married Linda L. Rhodenbaugh and she survives him along with his children, twins, Lisa Lin (Andrew) Slocum and Marcus Anthony Sneller. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Dayton Center Wesleyan Church. Visitation will also be at the church from 10-11 AM on Tuesday. Interment will be in Jewell Cemetery. Suggested Memorials: The Parkinson’s Association of West Michigan, or the Newaygo County Fair Dairy Committee.
