Juanita Ellen (Worden) Artlip

Juanita Ellen Artlip, age 89 of Muskegon, passed away from natural causes on Thursday afternoon, January 18, 2024, surrounded by her family.  She was born on September 12, 1934 in Muskegon, Michigan to Arthur & Mettie (Misner) Worden.  Juanita retired as a secretary from the Muskegon County Courthouse in 1996.  She was a long time member of Fruitland Covenant Church, and she had been a volunteer reader for elementary students at McMillan School.  Juanita enjoyed bowling, and doing crafts.  She married Cassius Melvin Artlip in 1966, and he preceded her in death in 2001.  She was also preceded in death by her daughter Kelly Lynn Walls, and by her daughter-in-law Kristina McEntaffer.  Juanita is survived by 3 children:  Kurt D. McEntaffer, Kim E. (Robert) Hayward, Kevin J. (Kathi) McEntaffer; son-in-law, Andrew (Shari) Walls; 13 grandchildren & 19 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Lawrence Worden; 1 sister, Jan Worden; and by several nieces & nephews.  The Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 AM on Monday, January 22, 2024 at Fruitland Covenant Church with Pastor Carl Franzon officiating.  Visitation will also be at the church from 10:30-11:30 AM on Monday.  Interment will be at Fruitland Township Cemetery.  Suggested Memorial:  Fruitland Covenant Church.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
