Judith (Judy) K. (Frens) Visscher

Mrs. Judith (Judy) K. Visscher, age 73 of Fremont, went to be with her Lord & Savior on Sunday, February 7, 2021.  She was born on September 1, 1947 in Fremont, Michigan to Harvey & Beatrice (VanderSlice) Frens.  Judy was an LPN, and she was a member of Reeman Christian Reformed Church.  She enjoyed sewing & smocking dresses for her granddaughters.  She also liked gardening, flowers, and growing orchids.  On May 22, 1968 she married James (Jim) Visscher and he survives her along with 3 children:  Charles (Chuck) & Tricia Visscher of Annandale, Virginia, Daniel (Dan) & Donna Visscher of Livonia, MI., Sara & Frank Thompson of Livonia, MI.; 6 grandchildren:  Emma, Catherine, Beatrice, Ethan, Elizabeth, & Olivia; brothers:  Duane & Gail Frens, Dale & Susan Frens, Randy & Kathy Frens; step-brothers & sister:  Phillip Perry, Susan Perry, and George & Beverly Perry.  Judy was preceded in death by her brother Rev. Gerald Frens, and by her sister Carol McGowen.  The Funeral Service for Judy will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Reeman Christian Reformed Church with Pastor Les VanDyke officiating.  Livestream of the service will be available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpSkAD725CY.  Interment will be in Reeman Cemetery.  Suggested Memorial:  Reeman Christian Reformed Church.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
