Karen Tanis Obituary

Karen Tanis, born Karen Louise Corrigan on September 19, 1942, in Cadillac, Michigan, passed on July 28, 2022. Karen was the daughter of John Walter and Evelyn Mary (Heyd) Corrigan, and married Jerry Lee Tanis on August 5, 1961. She worked in the Fremont High School Counseling Office for 24 years. Karen grew up in Newaygo, Michigan followed by life-long residency in Fremont, Michigan. Per her wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Interment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Fremont.
