Lynda Kay (Asmus) Burns

Lynda Kay Burns, age 57 of Fremont, passed away on Monday, May 31, 2021.  She was born on January 26, 1964 in Muskegon, Michigan to Gustav “Gus” & Antonie (Happeny) Asmus.  Lynda was currently employed at TrueNorth Community Services, and she had also been a substitute school teacher for many years.  She had been a Girl Scout leader and a 4-H leader, and she enjoyed country living.  Lynda is survived by her husband, Aaron Burns; 2 children, Caden Henry Dobrowolski & Kaylyn Ann Dobrowolski; her mom, Antonie Colbert; her step-mom, Vickie Asmus; sister & brothers:  Marcia Boone, Tony Asmus, Nick Asmus, Rick (Deanna) Colbert, Brandon Asmus; step-brother, Brent (Julie) Rosema; and by many nieces & nephews.  She was preceded in death by her father, Gus Asmus.  Visitation will be at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home from 5-8 PM on Friday, June 4, 2021.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to TrueNorth Community Services.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
