Marva Jean (Rynberg) Rupar

Marva Jean Rupar, age 97 of Holton, passed away on Wednesday evening, May 31, 2023 at her residence.  She was born on March 28, 1926 in Holton, Michigan to Peter & Clara (Christenson) Rynberg.  Marva Jean had been a member of the Holton American Legion Post 397 Auxiliary for many years, and she had volunteered for the American Red Cross.  She sold Avon, and she enjoyed reading & going to the casino.  On December 26, 1944 she married Frank C. Rupar and he preceded her in death on February 15, 2012.  She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Harry & Joe Rynberg.  Marva Jean is survived by 3 sons:  Frank J. (Carol Messner) Rupar, Harry Rupar, Greg (Ruth) Rupar; and by many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.  The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home with Chaplain Michael Weaver officiating.  Visitation will also be at the funeral home from 10-11 AM on Tuesday.  Interment will immediately follow the service at Clark Cemetery, and a luncheon will follow the interment at the Holton American Legion Post 397.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
