Murray was born in Fremont, Michigan. He graduated from Fremont High School and attended Ferris State University. Murray was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Tubbergen; mother, June Blake Tubbergen and brother, Timothy Michael Tubergen. He is survived by his daughter Dr. Tjitske Tubbergen-Maglio (Dr. Christopher John Maglio), of Missouri and a son Tyler Noel Tubbergen (Debbie Tubbergen), of Oregon. He had three grandchildren: Scott Eisenhower, Japan; Alexander Tubbergen-Maglio, Missouri and Hannah Tubbergen, New York. Murray was also survived by numerous cousins in Michigan. Murray passed away in Kirksville, Missouri. He will be interred at a later date in Clark Cemetery in Fremont Michigan next to his parents and brother.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to the Adair County Humane Society in Kirksville, Missouri in memory of Murray Tubbergen.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
