Norma Lou (Daniels) Hamilton

Norma Lou Hamilton, age 83 of Hesperia, was promoted to Heaven on October 8, 2022. She was born in Pikeville, KY on July 12, 1939.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, TY Hamilton of 60 years; her parents, Benner and Stella Marie (Damron) Daniels; her brothers:  Noah, John, Harold Daniels; and sister, Ruby Mead. Survived by her brothers:  James Daniels of Pikeville, KY, Millard Daniels of Pikeville, KY; sisters:  Verneda (William)Smith of Pikeville,  KY, Billie Stevens of Wyandotte, MI; her 5 children and 15 grandchildren:  Terry (Pat) Hamilton of Shelby, MI, and their daughter Tracy (Josh) McKinnon; Beverly (Mike) Berg of Hesperia, MI, and their children:  Amanda (Justin) Kiesgen, Jessie (Katie) Kludy, Lacey (B’David) Herin, Chance Berg, Cody (Whitni Roach) Berg; Julie (Larry) Richards of Ludington, MI, and their children:  Bob (Sara) Richards, Liz (Aaron) Cregg, Ray Richards(Brittney), Craig (Patience) Richards; Michael (Julie) Hamilton of Hesperia, MI, and their children: Shaina (Arthur) Knapp, Jackie (Paul) Peplinski, Mike (Holli) Hamilton; Todd (Leslie) Hamilton of Fremont, MI, and their children:  Cole Hamilton, Hannah (Samuel) Stitt. Norma was also blessed with 33 great grandchildren, 4 great great-grand babies; many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Norma met and married TY Hamilton in 1957. They later moved their family to Michigan. She worked in the home raising their five children.  Norma enjoyed crocheting, sewing & quilting, her favorite time was spent with her grandchildren, who affectionately called her Mamaw.

She was a member of Pikeville Freewill Baptist Church in Pikeville, KY. Norma attended, Newman Christian Community Church in Hesperia, MI.

The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Newman Christian Community Church with Pastor Mike Termer officiating.  Visitation will be at the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home in Fremont from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, and at the church from 10-11 AM on Wednesday.  Interment will be in Otto Township Cemetery.  Suggested Memorial:  St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangments are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
