Norman Louis Wainright

Norman Louis Wainright, age 68 of Fremont, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital.  He was born on October 30, 1957 in Fremont, Michigan to Glen and Georgia (Furman) Wainright.  Norman had owned and operated Wainright Painting for over 40 years, and he loved to play pool.  He is survived by his wife of many years, Janet (Davis) Wainright; 4 children:  Joshua Wainright, Phillip (Jessica) Davis, Calvin Davis, Heather (Mark) Neil; 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson Coen; and by 1 brother, Terry Wainright.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Georgia Wainright.  According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Norman’s Life will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home with Pastor Nate Kooistra officiating.  There will also be a time of visiting with the family at the funeral home from 11-12 Noon on Saturday.  Suggested Memorials:  Bellwether Harbor, or the Newaygo County Humane Society.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
