Patricia Lou (Smith) Lotter

Patricia Lou Lotter, age 82 of Fremont, went to be with her Lord & Savior on Tuesday, November 24, 2020.  She was born on December 18, 1937 in Zeeland, Michigan to Earl & Della (Olsen) Smith.  Pat had been a Nurses Aid at the Newaygo Medical Care Facility in Fremont.  She loved gardening and her succulents, as well as baking.  She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and with her great granddaughter Scarlett Elmer.  Pat is survived by 2 sons:  Rick (Heidi) Elmer, Tom (Cami Sanderson) Elmer; 1 daughter, Margaret Fisher; 8 grandchildren & many great grandchildren; 3 sisters:  Marilyn Boles, Betty Decker, and Judy Smith.  She was well taken care of by her grandson Tim and his wife Kayla Elmer, and by her lifelong friend Dee Burkle.  Pat was preceded in death by her brother Roger Smith, and by her sister Sharon Williams.  A Private Graveside Service will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Fremont.  You can watch the service livestream if you like the Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home Facebook Page before December 4, which will allow you to receive a notification that we are live.  A video of the service will also be put with her obituary on the funeral home website after Friday.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to Auntie A.C.E.
