Paul "Jimmy" Anderson Jones

Paul “Jimmy” Anderson Jones, age 91 of Holland & formerly of Fremont, passed away on Tuesday morning, February 10, 2026 at Resthaven Maple Woods Assisted Living in Holland.  He was born on November 24, 1934 in Corbin, Kentucky to Corabelle Barton.  He had been employed for 40 years at Holland Wire Products until his retirement.  Paul enjoyed playing the guitar, banjo, mandolin, dulcimer, and singing.  He also liked to play card games.  On March 21, 1953 he married Donna Louise Tanis and she survives him along with 5 children:  Richard (Diane) Jones, Linda (David) Barkel, Robin (Joel) Sweet, Paula (Marlin) Brandsen, Rhonda (Terry) Brandsen; 31 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, & 14 great-great grandchildren.  He is also survived by his half brother Frank (Barb) Barton, and by many nieces &nephews.  Paul was preceded in death by many half brothers & sisters.  According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a Graveside Service will be held in the spring of 2026 at Reeman Cemetery.  Suggested Memorial: Resthaven Maple Woods Assisted Living in Holland.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
