Peggy Baker

Mrs. Peggy Baker, age 79 of Muskegon and formerly of Holton, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026 at the Leila & Cyrus Poppen Hospice Residence.

She was born on October 8, 1946 in South Haven, Michigan to Mike & Ruth Stafford. Peggy worked for many years as a Registered Nurse. She enjoyed reading, camping with her family, and taking trips to the casino.

On September 17, 1967 she married Richard Baker, and he survives her along with 3 sons: Ken (Tammy) Gould, Mike (Sandy) Baker, Jeff (Rachel) Baker; 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, with two more on the way.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held from 1-4 P.M. on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at the Holton American Legion.
