Peggy Jane (Pell) McGrady

Peggy Jane McGrady, age 74 of Fremont, passed away early Saturday morning, March 22, 2025 at the Newaygo County Compassion Home in Fremont.  She was born on December 1, 1950 in Fremont, Michigan to Milo & Eileen (Wolfsen) Pell.  Peggy had been the manager for Meadowview Village Mobile Home Park in Fremont for the past 22 years.  She was a Disney fan, and enjoyed taking trips to Disney World in Florida.  On October 30, 1969 she married Dan McGrady and he survives her along with 2 children:  Tracy Muma & Rick McGrady; 5 grandchildren & 4 great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by her brothers & sister:  Ken Pell, Sue (Tom) Tibbie, Kevin (Dawn) Pell; brother-in-law, Mike Warren; and by many nieces & nephews.  Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Milo & Eileen Pell; brother, Jack Pell; and by her sisters:  Judy Conn & her husband Mike, and Betty Warren.  According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.  Interment will be at Maple Grove Cemetery in Fremont.  Suggested Memorial:  The Newaygo County Compassion Home.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
