Percival D. Russell

Mr. Percival “Perc” Russell, age 87 of Hesperia, passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. He was born to Percival & Mildred (Douglas) Russell, Sr. on January 19, 1933 in Muskegon, Michigan. He served in the United States Army, seeing active duty during the Korean War. Perc was an active outdoorsman who enjoyed farming, fishing, hunting, and watching birds. On August 20, 1994 he married RoseMary Long, and she survives him along with 5 children: Chuck (Sherry) Russell, Janet Hooker, Ron (Ingrid) McCelland, Carla Burns, and Percival “Buddy” Russell; Step-Daughters: LaTonya Rose Champlin, and Cynthia Carman Conn; Brothers: Joe Morden and Frank Archer; and Sister, Rosemary O’Rouke. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Albert Russell, and sister Shirley May Braybrook. Cremation has taken place, and a Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held at West Hesperia Cemetery in the Spring of 2021. You can sign the online guestbook at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.
