Phyllis Marie (Eaton) Kuhn

Phyllis Marie Kuhn, age 83 of Fremont, passed away at her son Kevan’s home in Bath, Michigan on Thursday evening, December 4, 2025.  She was born in Bath, Maine on June 17, 1942 to Martin and Belle (Lowell) Eaton.  She graduated from Morse High School in 1960, and worked for Bath Memorial Hospital and Dr. Anthony Keating until she moved with her family to Michigan in 1976.  She then worked at Hackley Hospital in Muskegon and Pine Medical Group in Fremont for 24 years until her retirement.  Phyllis leaves behind a daughter Kristen Hughes, son Kevan (Terri) Kuhn; step-daughter, Angela Oliver; 1 granddaughter Heather, 3 grandsons Alec, Colin, and Jacob, and 7 great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by a sister Gloria Gray, and by a brother Martin Eaton.  At her request, there will be no service but contributions can be made in her memory to the Bellwether Harbor in Fremont, Michigan, as she was a great lover of animals.  You can sign the online guest book at www.kroeze-wolffis.com.  Arrangements are by Kroeze-Wolffis Funeral Home, Inc. of Fremont.
